Most orders take up to 2 days with PBT Couriers within New Zealand once this has happened. Almost every order will have a tracking number assigned to it.
* All International Orders will be charged according to country and weight of parcel, you will be advised of charge prior to shipment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the goods ordered are prohibited in their destination country. Nanric Road cannot be responsible for products that do not make it through international customs. For further customs information click here.
* We hate it as much as you do when products get broken in transit, so we package every order as carefully as we can. However we cannot be responsible for lack of care taken by transport providers. * If you receive a damaged product please email us immediately and arrangements will be made regarding a replacement item. Our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act are to replace products or to offer an exchange, if a replacement cannot be provided, only then will a refund be given.
